This is a standard step in most administrative procedures. I assume the petitioners now appeal the matter to the authorized Court that will determine if Glendale has acted properly in deciding to disqualify the petition on the basis of "misleading" language. My guess is the case quickly moves up the line towards a final determination. If they had sufficient and appropriate signatures they will not let this go easily on a language issue. |
